Heavy Equipment Refurbishment

We clean, repair, and refinish heavy equipment that still has years of work left in it, from structural fixes to a full coating system.

A second working life

Replacing a machine that still runs is expensive. Most of the excavators, skid steers, loaders, and dozers we see have years left in the frame and the drivetrain; what's failing is the surface, the structure, or both. We take those machines apart at the level the damage actually requires and put them back together ready to earn.

What the work covers

Cleaning, corrosion removal, structural repairs, fabrication, coatings, and component restoration, in whatever order the machine needs. Some units need a full teardown and rebuild of a bucket or boom. Others just need the rust dealt with and a coating system so it doesn't come back.

Equipment we take on

Excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, attachments, agricultural equipment, and industrial machinery. If it's got a frame, a bucket, or a boom that's seen better days, bring it in and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth restoring.

Common questions

Often, yes, if the frame and drivetrain are still sound. Most of the machines we see are failing on the surface or in a bolted-on component; the expensive parts, the frame and drivetrain, usually still have life left in them. Bring it in and we'll give you a straight read on yours.

Excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, attachments, and agricultural and industrial machinery. If it's got a frame, a bucket, or a boom, we can look at it.

Both. Structural repair and fabrication are part of most refurbishment jobs; we don't just clean up the outside of a machine that's cracked or bent underneath.

Call and describe the condition, or send photos. We'll walk through what's actually wrong with it, structure, surface, or both, and tell you honestly whether restoring it makes sense before you commit to anything.
